This is a static website with no database or user registration. We process data only in the following ways:

• Voluntarily provided data: when you contact us via WhatsApp or via the contact form (which opens a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation), you provide your name, phone number and any details in your message — used solely to respond to your request.
• Technical navigation data: our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs technical data (IP address, browser type, date/time) in server logs, solely for site security and operation.

We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking, profiling or marketing tools.

To deliver the service we rely on the following providers, acting as data processors:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting, CDN and DNS. Processes technical log data for security and content delivery.
• Meta Platforms / WhatsApp — when you contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

This site uses only technical/necessary cookies required for correct operation (e.g. language preference and Cloudflare-provided security). We do not use analytics, profiling or marketing cookies, therefore no cookie consent banner is required.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.

• Contract performance or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): responding to enquiries and quotes.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): site security, fraud prevention and technical operation.

Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and thereafter for the period required by law (up to 10 years for tax records). Cloudflare technical logs are retained for limited periods according to the provider's policies.

Some providers (Cloudflare, Meta/WhatsApp) may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Such transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

You have the right to:

• Access — confirm whether we process your data and receive a copy
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data
• Restriction — limit processing in certain circumstances
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
